Unless holydays fall on a day other than
Thursday (or happen to fall on the first Thursday of the month)
there will not usually be a lunch-time mass in the wharf.. Below
I've collated some links to RC churches in the area, in the City and
near railway stations which I hope will be useful.
Canary Wharf is part of St Edmund's (Millwall) parish: 297
Westferry Road, E14 3RS

parish web-site
There is usually an evening mass.
Also nearby are:
Poplar parish, Pekin Street, E14 6EZ

Limehouse parish: 1 Island Row, 636 Commercial Road, E14

The Westminster Diocesean Yearbook has a useful list of central
london churches on its website:

St Mary Moorfield (near Liverpool St Station,

and The English Martyrs
(near Tower Gateway DLR station) both have weekday lunch-time Masses so
are likely spots and I've been to both myself in the past.
The yearbook also has a list of churches near railway stations for
those of you wanting to go on the way home (it includes a link to the
cathedral).

This info is provided in good faith but I have no easy way of checking
how accurate the websites are so I can't take responsibility for any
inaccuracies.
I would however be happy to note any problems or updates you report and
to include any other links you think worthwhile.
